These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Surity Select Fundraiser (the "Website") at surityfundraiser.com.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Definitions

Supporter: An individual who chooses to join Surity Select ($12.95/month recurring) to support a nonprofit cause/Organizer.
Organizer: A nonprofit entity or cause that may benefit from Surity Select memberships.
Raiser: An individual who learns about and chooses to promote or share information about the fundraiser with others.

Nature of the Website

This is an informational resource only. It provides guidance, steps, and instructions for:

Potential Supporters on how to join Surity Select in support of a nonprofit/cause.
Raisers on how to tell others about the fundraiser, including effective ways to share benefits and encourage participation (no direct sales or commissions implied unless separately stated).
The Website does not facilitate signups, payments, memberships, or transactions. Any joining of Surity Select occurs independently (outside this Website). We provide no links to external join/payment sites.
The simple Organizer form is for nonprofits to express interest only; submission does not create any agreement or guarantee participation.

Permitted Use

You may view the content, read instructions, and use the information for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., deciding to join as a Supporter or sharing fundraiser details as a Raiser). You agree not to:

Misrepresent the information, Surity Select, Organizers, or benefits.
Use the site for commercial purposes, spam, or unlawful activities.
Attempt to interfere with the site's operation.

Intellectual Property

All content (text, instructions, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use commercially without permission.

No Warranties or Liability

The Website and its content (including instructions for Supporters/Raisers) are provided "as is." We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or outcomes (e.g., funds reaching Organizers, success of promotion efforts).
We are not liable for any damages from use of the information or reliance on it.
We disclaim responsibility for any external actions you take (e.g., joining Surity Select elsewhere).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may restrict access for violations or at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
